The Yuckinator™ Clean Sheet Detective (hereinafter "the Yuckinator") is not a medical device or a scientific investigative tool. It is simply a device that has the capability to detect the residue of some levels of semen and urine due to its UV light output. It is important to note that the Yuckinator cannot distinguish between the many substances that glow when exposed to UV light. For instance, a number of common substances -- such as petroleum jelly (Vaseline®) -- also glow when exposed to UV light. Since the Yuckinator cannot determine what substance is glowing, any "discoveries" would not be applicable in any legal or scientific proceeding.

The Yuckinator is not a professional investigative tool and cannot ascertain the substance that may glow due to its UV light output. Dozens of harmless substances glow in the presence of UV light. You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Yuckinator is at your sole discretion and risk. Clever Noggin, LLC, its employees, directors, shareholders, officers, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and other partners provide the Yuckinator "AS IS" without any warranty or condition expressed, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall Clever Noggin, LLC, its employees, directors, shareholders, officers, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and other partners be liable to you or any third parties, for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Yuckinator, however arising, including negligence. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Clever Noggin, LLC, its employees, directors, shareholders, officers, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and other partners, harmless from and against any lost, cost, claim, damage, liability, and/or expense resulting from your use of the Yuckinator or violation of any law or third party’s rights.
